Green, MBA - CEO (Retiring December 31, 2026) Evelyn Garcia, MHA - CEO (Effective January 1, 2027) After 45 years of service to the Riverside County Medical Association (RCMA) and its affiliated organizations, Dolores L. Green, MBA, has announced that she will retire as Chief Executive Officer effective December 31, 2026. Dolores has served as CEO of RCMA, the Inland Empire Foundation for Medical Care (IEFMC), and affiliated organizations for more than four decades. Under her leadership, RCMA has grown to represent more than 3,500 physicians, residents, and medical students in Riverside County. She has guided the development of numerous initiatives strengthening physician advocacy, quality improvement, and community health. As CEO of IEFMC, Dolores has overseen statewide provider networks, quality improvement programs, and practice transformation initiatives. Her leadership has extended to state and national service, reflecting her deep commitment to physician leadership and healthcare improvement. The Boards of Directors of RCMA and IEFMC have unanimously selected Evelyn Garcia, MHA, currently Chief Operations Officer, to serve as the next Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2027. Evelyn brings 18 years of healthcare leadership experience and has served the organizations in progressively senior roles. As COO, she has provided system-wide operational oversight across RCMA, IEFMC, and affiliated entities, strengthening infrastructure, advancing strategic priorities, and supporting physician-led governance. Dolores and Evelyn will work closely together throughout the remainder of 2026 to ensure a deliberate and seamless transition of leadership responsibilities. This structured transition period will preserve institutional knowledge, maintain operational continuity, and position the organizations for continued success.
